I appreciate the service that Dion provided, although he did not fix anything, he clarified for me the source of the problem. I mistakenly thought that the person who had come out previously did not stop the leak. They did stop the leak but my overflow cover is broken and water was getting into that and dripping onto the floor below in the same place as the leak. Andre was very pleasant and professional. He told me from the start whe the possible problems could be and he started with the cheaper end NOT the higher end as most plumbers would do. He had to knock out a wall at the top of my stairs to get to the plumbing fixtures that needed repair and also a small section of my kitchen ceiling. He was thoughtful enough to call Mr Tyler, who Grayton does business with to redo my ceiling, wall and replace a couple of tiles in the wall. Both men did a fantastic job!
